Choral Auditions | UCLA Department of Music

CHORAL AUDITIONS for the 2018-2019 academic term at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music! We're calling all singers (that's YOU) who are interested in the opportunities to sing with one of the UCLA choral ensembles. Here is some information about each of the two groups:

The University Chorale is a mixed (SATB) ensemble of 80-120 singers and will present music from all eras of style and history. This group will meet every Monday and Wednesday from 5:15-7:00pm in the Schoenberg Music Building, Room 1325.

The UCLA Chamber Singers is a mixed (SATB) ensemble of 24-30 singers that will replicate the rehearsal and performance standards of a professional vocal ensemble. This group will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00-4:50pm in the Schoenberg Music Building, Room 1325.

The university ensembles present concerts on campus and in the greater Los Angeles area. Each year, the choirs will perform with the UCLA Philharmonia, along with special guest appearances from other arts groups in L.A.
