Tuning in to a Tuscan music festival–UCLA Camarades string quartet makes news at Italian music festival

We have just received this news from Prof. Antonio Lysy regarding last summer’s festival, which he organizes every year, in Tuscany–Incontri in Terra di Siena. La Foce is the location of this annual festival and there is a lovely article from The Guardian/Observer describing the locale, the history and last yeawr’s festival.     I read about these concerts by Stephen Pritchard, very very interesting article. I am passionate about music and art of Tuscany. suggest you visit the site for more information. But for me the most beautiful concert of the world is and always will be the concert of The Teatro del Silenzio in Lajatico (or Theatre of Silence).
