I have a very cool summer concert coming up Sunday, July 3 at LACMA (Los Angles County Museum of Art). I will be performing with pianist, Bryan Pezzone, and with my saxophone quartet ( Encore Saxophone Quartet). We’ll be playing an All-American music concert. Bryan and I will be performing the music of Aaron Copland, Bruce Broughton, L. Bernstein, Oliver Nelson, Bryan Pezzone, and Lawson Lunde. The second half of the concert features the quartet with music by George Gershwin, Jerome Kern, Duke Ellington, Harold Arlen, and Adrienne Albert.

Click on the link and get all the details…it is a free concert starting at 6:00 and will last about one hour, so you’ll still have time to enjoy the rest of your evening.

Hope you can all attend this festive pre-July 4 celebration!
