Teleman Sonata

For Junior and Senior Performance Specialists

TECHNIQUES:

· Scales: major, minor and chromatic, plus major and minor thirds, varied articulations = 120

· Arpeggios: major and minor

· Sight-reading: orchestral soli, fast Baroque movement

· Etudes: Sonatas of Barret

Hindemith Oboe Sonata

Saint-Saens: Oboe Sonata

Vivaldi Oboe Concerto

REPERTOIRE: MM AND DMA:

Your program must include one from the following: Handel: Concerto in g minor, Mozart: Oboe Concerto, Schumann: Three Pieces, Saint-Saens: Sonata for Oboe, Hindemith: Oboe Sonata, or Vaughan Williams: Oboe Concerto.
